Kick off your 2 Day Ha Giang Loop Tour by enjoying breakfast in our hotel prior to departure!
Your first climb is the winding Bac Sum Pass, followed by a stop at Heaven’s Gate (Quan Ba Pass) for sweeping views of the Twin Mountains and Tam Son Valley.
Next, visit Nam Dam Village, home to the Dao ethnic minority. Explore the peaceful village and its traditional clay houses before continuing to Lung Tam Village, where H’mong artisans produce handwoven hemp textiles dyed in natural indigo.
Enjoy a local lunch in Yen Minh, then continue your journey through the picturesque Can Ty Pass. Tackle the sharp bends of Tham Ma Pass, a favorite viewpoint for photos and sweeping valley views.
In the late afternoon, explore the striking Sang Tung Stone Desert, a unique limestone landscape unlike anywhere else on the loop.
Arrive in Dong Van by evening, where you’ll settle in to the homestay for the night. Enjoy a family style local dinner and choose to partake in karaoke, explore the old town, or relax and prepare for another day of unforgettable adventure.

Day 2 will kick off with a beautiful mountain viewpoint and coffee stop.
Next, we will conquer the famous Ma Pi Leng Pass leading us through to Meo Vac and endless stunning outlooks.
We will wind through the valley passage known as ‘M-letter Road‘ for it’s distinct shape.
After a morning of adventure, we will stop for lunch before heading to Mau Due, known for beautiful rice terrace views.
Lastly, we will return to Ha Giang where you can shower at our hotel, collect your belongings and prepare for the bus back to Hanoi.

NOTES FOR YOU
Important notes
- You will board the bus from Hanoi to Ha Giang the day prior to your tour. Upon arrival in Ha Giang, you will receive a free night in our hotel to relax before the tour.
- During the 2 Day Ha Giang Loop, you will need a small backpack to bring your things on the back of the motorbike. Your large backpack or luggage can be stored safely in the hotel.

Reservation Process:
Your 2 Day Ha Giang Loop booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. To secure your reservation, we request a deposit of 1.000.000 VND/person.
Payment Policies:
When you’re ready to book a Ha Giang Loop tour, we will send you a secure payment link, allowing you to pay the required deposit using your credit cards (4% will be surcharged for the bank service fee).
The balance will be paid in full at our office just before starting the tour. You can pay in cash (Vietnamese Dong) or by credit card (4% will be surcharged for the bank fee if you pay by credit card). Unfortunately at this point we cannot accept USD. There is an ATM located next to our office if you need to withdraw cash.
Age Limitation and License Requirements:
Our 2 Day Ha Giang Loop Tour is best suited to adults and children aged 12 and above. If you have small children, please see our other tour offerings: Motorbike Vietnam Tours
If you would like to self-drive as part of the Ha Giang Loop tour, please note that an International Drivers Licence under the 1968 Vienna Convention is required. International Drivers Licenses under the 1949 Convention are not valid in Vietnam. You also need to hold proof of your home country National Drivers License showing that you are licensed to operate a motorbike.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Although the deposit is non-refundable, you can transfer it to another date should you need to cancel the original booking.
- No refunds in case of bad weather conditions and customers’ reasons. Tour may be delayed by adverse weather conditions, but we take no responsibility in case of tour cancellation
